MORTGAGOR FURTHEB AGREES: ~
l. To make aU paymente required by tbat note and this mortgage prompUy when due. -
2. To pay all taxea, assesxmenta, liena and encumbrances on that property~ prompUy when due. If
they are not promptly paid, the Mortgagee msy pay them without waiving the option toaforeclose, and auch
pay?raeats, with interest thereon from the date of paymeat at the same rate as apecified in that note, shall
slso be secured by this mortgage.
S. To commit, permit, or suffer no waste, unpairment or deterioration of the mortgag~ed property.
4. To pay all expenses rp,asonably incurred by the D~ortgagee because of failure of the Mortgagor
to oomply with the sgreements in that note or this mortgage, including reasonable attorneys' fees. The cost
i thereof, with interest thereon from the day of payment at tne- same rate as apecified in that note, shall slao
~ be secured by this mortgage.
~ 6. If atty psqment pmvided for in that note is not paid within 30 dqys after it beoomes due~ or if any
