they are not promptly paid, the Mortgagee inay pay them without waiving the option to foreclose. and such
psyments, with interest thereon from the date of payment at the same rate as apecified in that note~ shall

To commit, permit, or suffer no waste, impairment or deterioration of the mortgaged prnperty.

gagee may forecloae thia mortgage in the manner provided by law, and have the mortgag~ed property sold to ~

6. The rents and profits of the mortgaged property are also hereby mortgaged, and if proceedings _
to foreclose this mortgage shall be iastituted; the oourt having juriadiction thereof may appoint s receiver of
the mortgaged property and apply those rents and pmfita to the indebtedness hereby secured, regardlesa ot
the aolvency of the Mortgagor or the adequacy of the aecurity. •
