do hereby make, publish and declare this to be iny Last
Will and Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other _ ~
Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
~ CLAUS$ I: I- direct my Sxecutor to pay out of my
residuary estate all of my juat debts,. includi~g the ex-
penses of my last illness and funeral expenses.
CI~AUSB II: I give, devise and bequeath all of ~
the rest, residue and remainder of my property, real and
personal, wherever situate and whether acquired before or
after the execution of this Will, to my husband, FR~
- PELUSO, as his own absolutely, provided he survives me.
