MARGARST SGO~GINS, as such Sxecutrix, to s~rve without bond,
and in the event she shall die, resign, or-be unable for
_ any reason to act as such, then I name and appoint my dauqh-
ter, THERffiA~ CSSRHALMI, as such Executrix, to serve' withvut
- bond. -

My Executor or Executrix, as the case may be, is
invested with full power and authority to sell, convey, ~
~ transfer and assiqn any and all personal property and real

~ estate belonging:to my estate.
CLAUSE IV: In the event that my husband, FRBD ~
PELUSO, and I die under such circumstances that it cannot
be deternnined which of us gredeceased~the other, I direct
that it shall be conclusively presumed that I survived my
said husband and the provisions of this Will and any Codicil ~
hereto shall be construed and the distribution of property
~ shall lie governed and regulated as if I had, ifl fact, sur- ~
~ vived m~~ said husband. .
