on this day to be heard; and it appearing tha# the final ceturns of tho
said personal representative have been approved, that an order of dis- ~
tribution has been made in accordance with said orde~ and with the taw,
that evidence satisfactory to the undersigned acting circuit judge that ~
such distribution has bes~ made has been filed i~_this court, and that the
said pe~sonal representative is entitted to an order of final disctrar~e;-
and the court being futly advised; _ ~ •
It is ordered and adjudged that the said ARTHUR Q. PARMELEE be, and
he is hereby, discharged as administrator of the estata of the said
Daniet Louis Parmelee, deceased, from further.liabitity in connection
