- This cause coming on to be heard~on February 17, 1976 at

of 8earing filed by the Wife, and on the Motion ta Modify the
Final Judgcnent.filed by the Husband, and this Court having heard
testimony of the respective parties and argument of counsel and
being fully advised in the premises,.it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGSD as follows:

l. Trlie Court finds and determines that the Husband, WILLIAM ~
F. McMANUS, JR., is in arrears on the child support payments in'the
$um of $600 and on the $10 weekly payaaent to_apply on the outstanding
bills the sum of $390 but only in willful contempt in the amount of ~

~ -$60 making a total cocabined arrearage of $660 pursuant to the Final
~

Judgment entered in said cause on May 19, 1975. ,
2. The Iiusband, WILLIAM F. McMANUS, JR., is fiereby held in
contempt of this Court and sentenced to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie
County Jaii in Fort Pierce, Florida. That ~aid sentence is hereby -
suspended upon the condition that the Husband on Friday, February
20, 1976 and Friday of each week thereafter shall pay to the Wife
an additional $20 each week to apply on the arrearage. Said $20
~ payments to be made until tl~e full arreaxage of $660 has been paid.
