together with a$1.00 Clerk's fee~ shall be made to the Clerk of
this Court by cash, money order or cashier's check. The Clerk shall
promptly recait the payment to KATHLEEN H: McMANUS. Both parties are
ordered to keep the Clerk advised of their a?ailing and residence
addresses at all times.
3. Upon failure of the 8usband, WILLIAM F. McMANUS, JR., to
make said $20 per week paymenta to the Clerk of the.above entitled
Court,_ the Wife or her at~orney may file with this Court an affidavit
to that effect and a commitment order will be issued without further
notice to WILLIAM F. McMANU~. JR.
4. The Court finds and deteratines that the Husband, WILLIAM
F. McMANUS, JR., is in arrears in his payments to the law firm of
Willes, Bittan & Willes for their attorneys' fees and costs in said ~
cause in the amount of $370 pursuant to the Final Judgraent entered
in~this cause on May 19, 1975. The~Husband, WILLIAM F. McMANUS, JR.,
is directed to pay said sum of $370 to the law fixm of Willes, Bittan
~ . & Willes within~90 days froa? the date of this Urder. Upon the ~

; failure of WILL~AM F. McMANUS, JR. to make said payment any member

of the law firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes may file with this Court
an affidavit to that effect and a comn~tment order will be issued

5. The Husband, WILLIAM F. McMANUS, JR., is not held in
contempt for the payment of the arre~rage of $330 pursuant to the
-Final Judgment entered on the 19th day of May, 1975 fQr~the payonent

~ - of the outstanding bills. The said sum of $330 is due and owing by
the said WILLIAM F. McMANUS, JR. to KAT~EEN 8. McMANiJS and is not
satisfied or canceled by this Order. If the said sum of $330 is not
paid by ~he Husband, WILLIAM F. McMANUS, JR., to the Wife, KATHI~EEN -
