This cause coming on to be heard-on February 17, 1976 upon
the Husband's Motion to Modify Fir~al Judgment as to the custqdy of ~
~ t2ie minor children which said Motion as to the Husband's part was
heard on November 12, 1975 and.testimony tran~cribed and filed in
this caut~e and the Court having heard testiarony of the respective
_ parties and considered the transcript-of the proceedings held on
Noveanber 12, 1975 and being full advi~ed in the premises, it is ~
thereupon - ~
ORDSRED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
; ~ 1. The Court finds and detercaines that there has been a.

~ material change of circumstances regarding the well being of.the -

~ mi.nor children subsequent to the entry of the Final Judgeinent in the

~ above entitled cause and that the Husband's Motion to Modify Final

Judgment be and the same is heieby granted.
2. The custody of VICTORIA LYNN WELLS and AMY ELIZABETS
WELLS, minor children of the parties hereto, be coaimitted to the
Husband, RICHARD G. WELt~S, with reasonable rights of visitation -
reserved to the Wife, DORIS J. WELLS. Reasonable visitation

rights granted to the ~i~Tife are during the time that such visitations
are convenient to the parties and the children. ~ .
3. The Husband, RICHARD G. WELLS, shall not be required
to make any further payments to the Wife, DORI~ J. ~1ELLS, for the ~
