4. The Husband, RICHARD G. Ti~ELLS, shall promptly notify - i

or advise the Wife•of any serious accident, iniury or sickness of
either or both of the said minor children.
5. So long as the Wife resides i.n a county other'than the ~
childrens' then county of residence, the Wife shall be required to
notify the 8usbar~d-at least 3 days in advance of any contemp~ated
visit with the children. ~
6, The Husband shall keep the Wife advised of his 2iome
telephone number- and mailing address so that the Wife can corre-
spond with the children and speak with them on the telephone du=ing ~
~ reasonable hours at her expense. ~
~ 7. The Wife shall not remove the minor children from the '
county of their residence without first obtaining either a Court

order or the express wri~ten consent of the Husband.
8. All other provisions of the Final Judgment entered in

! this cause on November 22, 1974 shall remain in full force and
€ effect and the parties hereto are bound by its terms and conditions.

retained for the entry of such further Orders as may be proper.
