_ The parties hereto, by and throuqh their attorneys,
.having submitted a compromise and settlement stipulation to ,
this Court for its approval, and the Court being of the opinion ,
that the sum of $1,500 to the minor, through his next friend,

natural quardian and mother, is a fair, full, and adequate caazsid-
- eration for said minor as a result of the accident resultinq in
injuries involved herein, and the Defendant denying liability .
therefor and that the settlement is beneficial to the said minor,
and the Court being fully advised in the ~remises, it is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, TYRUS DAMAIR
DAVIS, a minor, by and throuqh his mother, natural guardian and
next frie¢d, do have and recover from the Defendant, the sum of

~ ORDERRD AND ADJUDGED that upon payment of the said sum
~ in the aforesaid manner, MARGARI~T BENNETT, as mother, nat~ral
guardian, and next friend of said minor, shall qive a full and -

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that MARGARET BENNETT does have and
recover from the Defendant, th~ additional sum of $6,910 and that
upon payment of said swn, MARGARET BENNETT shall execute a full
