T~IIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this day of
June, 1967, bp and between THE LI:VCOLN PARK RECRFATION CENTER, INC. ,
hereinafter referred to as the lessor; and THE CITY OF FORT PIERCE,
a Florida municipal corporation,.h~reinafter referred to as lessee.
WITNESSETH: ~ -
FOR AND IN G~ONSIDERATTON of the mutual promises, covenants
and conditions herein contained to be kept and performed by each
of fhe pa rties he reto, the parties hereto agree as follows, to-wit:
1. The Lessor hereby leases to the lessee for the purpose .
of developing, maintaining and oontrolling for public recreational-
purposes only, those certain lands lying within the City, of.Fort Pierce,
Flarida, described as f~llows: _
. Lots 1 through 6, inclusive, of Block of .
JELLISON SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof . ~
recorded in Plafi v+~ok 4, page 37, of ~ the .
- public records of S~~ . Lucie- County, Plorida; and ,
aLl of that portion -~f Lots 8 and 9, of said
Block 1, lying Northerly, and Easterly of those
lands leased~to Saint Lucie County as per lease
recorded in Deed Book No. 177.at pages 269-270-
of the public records of Saint Lucie Coanty, ~

~ 2. This lease shall be ~for a-period of 20 years, commencing
~ on the 20th -day ~f •June, 1967 and ending at midnight on the
_ 20th day of June, 1987. The Lessee herein is hereby granted
~ the privilege at its option, of renewing this lease for a Like term
of 20 years, upon the same terms and conditians and at the rental, •
as herein set forth. . If the~lessee herein~ fails fio give the lessor .
~ writt~n noti~e of its election to renew this l~ase pursuaiit to the

~ option herein granted, which notice shall be served personally, or

~ piration of this leas~, then this option shall be null and void,
