insta-lled during the term and tenur of lease or extension thereof,
provided however, this obligation on the part of the City shall
cease and terminate upon expiration of this lease and vacation
of the premises by the City; and
- (c) Lessee_ shall indemnify and save har:nless the Lessor _
from any and all liabilit~, damagE; expense, cost of action! suits,
claims, demands or judga~ents for injury to person or }~roperty. of
any and every nature arising out of the construction or alteration
of any improvements on said land, a r out of the use, management or
control of the same.
6. It is expressly understood and agreed that in case the
demised premises shall be deserted, abandoned or vacafied, or if ~
default be made in the payment of the rent or any part thereof as-
herein specified, or if, without the consent~ of the Lessor, the
Lessee shail sell or mortgage this lease or if default be made_in
the performance of any of the covenants and agreements in this
lease contained on the part of the Lessee to be kept and performed,
the Lessor may, if he so elects at any time thereafter terminate
this lease and the term thereof,~apon giving to the_Lessee 45 days
notice in.writing of his intention so to do, and upon the giving
of such notice this lease and the term thereof shall terminate, _
~ expire and come t~ an end on the date fixed in such notice, as if
~I said date were the date originally fixed in this lease for the

l termination or expiration tt:ereof. It is further expressly agreed ~
and understood that the lessee may place the management Qf said

recreational area and Lands with any agency or bureau of the lessee
or any board or commission createci or appointeci by the iessee or
in which the lessee participates by membership the rein or contributes
thereto, or with any official or employee or designee of the lessee:
