WHBREAS-the parties hereto di~i, pursuant to Resolution
No. 67=208, duly adopted b~ the City of Fort Pierce, Plorida '
s~n June 19, 1967, entered into a certain written~Lease Agreement ~

pertaining to lands situate within the City of Port Pierce, - ~

Florida; and . ~ ~ , .
WHBREAS, the parties hereto desire to amend and alter said
Lease Agreement only in respect to the consideration of certain
faci2ities therein. -
NOW, THBI~.EFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual
covenants and conditions herein contained, it is agreed tiy and
between the parties hereto as follows:
1. Paragraph 4 of the aforesaid Lease Agreement be and the
