HOWARD McCAULEY who, after first lieing dialy sworn, did depose
and say:
1. That he resides at 3311 Avenu~ A, Ft. Pierce, Florida
33450, and has personal knowledqe of all facts stated herein.
~ 2. That he was acquainted with Frank H. Peltier and -
Mary E. Peltier who are both now deceased. ~
, 3. That he was present at the wedding of the said Frank
H. Peltier and Mary E. Pe,ltier whicli took place on or about
October 12, 1957. '
- 4. That the aforesaid marriage of Frank H. Peltier and
Mary E. Peltier was continuous and without interruption until
the death of the said Mary E. Peltier on or about May 24, ~
1970.
