This Cause having come on for hearing upon the wife's motion '
for temporary relief and the Court hav~ng~been advised upon the
premises and havinq qiven consideration to the testimony and
evidence presented;.it is thereupon ~
ORDERSD AND ADJUDGED ~
(1) That the wife is granted temporary custody of the -
minor child of the parties, to-wit JASON CHADWICR P$NN.
(2) That the parties have heretofore divided the personal
property and the wife has in her.posession such personal property
which is necessary for the support and custody of the minor child. ~
(3) The hus~and shall pay child support to the wife for the
support of the minor child of the parties $20.C0 per week,.payable
directly to the wife. .
