WI-~REAS, ~the St. Lucie Cowity Planni.ng and Zoning Commis~iori after holding
a public hearing of which due nntice was published at least fifteen (15) days
prior to said hearir~g and all property owriers within 300 feet ~ere notifxed by
mail of said hearing, has recam~ended to the Board of County Commissioners of
St. Lucie Co~mty that the hereinafter described requests for changes in zoning~
classification be GRANT~, and ~
W~REAS, the Board of Couonty Conmissioners held a public :~earing on -
February 24, 1976 after first publishing notice of said hearing in the Ne~.s
~iribune on January 2, 1976. _
