THIS AGREEMENT made this day of February, 1976, by
and between DOUGLAS H. RERR and JOAN RERR, his wife, herein- -
after referred to as "MORTGAGORS", and SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIS
COUNTY, hereinafter_ referred to as "1~+~ORTGAGE$" !

W I T N B S S E T H:
WHE_IiBAS, Mortgagee is t11e owner of a certain promissory
note for $210,000.00, dated August 15, 1975, executed by
Mortqagors and secured by a mortgaqe given by Mortgagors on
certain real property in•St. Lucie County, Florida, as more
particularly described in Schedule "A", which is attached
hereto and by reference made apart hereof; and
WHEREAS, the aforementioned mortgage, dated August 15,
~ 1975, has been recorded in the Official Record Book 242 at
page 2405 of the Public Records of St. L~~cie County, Florida;
and ~ - ,
WHEREAS, Mortgagors are presently the owners of the real
property more particularly described in Schedule "A", which is .
attached hereto and by reference made apart hereof; and
i ~ WHEREAS, through inadvertence a mistake was made in the ~
( .
~ amount of the monthly installments payable under the~afore-
~
~ mentioned promissory note;
~ -
Now, therefore, in consideration of the premises the
parties hereto agr.~ee as follows:
1. The monthly installments required under the above-
described promissory note are hereby increased from $1;487.88
to $2,603.79. _
2. All other terms.and conditions of the aforementioned ~
~ romisso note and mort a e are hereb ratified, confirmed,
