That the party of the First Part, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars

but is not limited to, al.i appurtenances to the Condominium Parcel above described,
including the limited common elements assigned thereto, and including the undivided
interest in the common elements of said Condominium. .
This conveyance is subject to the following:
1. Taxes and assessments for the year 19~_and subsequent years.
