~ - This cause,having come on before me upon the stipulation
entered into by the parties agreeing to the disburse~nent of _ .
the deposit of $432,300.00 to MARY JOSSPBINE PETERS LOUIS,
owner of Parcel No. 110, and it appearing that the 1975 real
estate taxes in the amount of $1,226.8~6 are unpaid and the
parties hereto agree,that the sum of $1;300.00 wi11 remain
in the registry of the Court for the payment of said taxes, ~
and it further appearing that there are.no other interests
- adversely affecting the taking, and the Court having consider
argument of counsel, it is therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk disburse from the

~ . funds depesited by the plaintiff, with respect to Parcel

~ 110, the sum of $431,000.00 to MARY JOSEPHINE PETERS LOUIS and retain
