HERBERT LfiROY JVHNSON
I, I~RBERT LEROY JOHNSON, of F.ort Lauderdale, Broward
County, Florida, do hereby make, publish and declare this

to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all Wills
and Codicils by me heretofora made.
ARTICLE I.
I direct that all of my just debts, my furieral expenses
and the costs of administration of my estate be paid as soon
~as practicable after my death. , ~ _
My Executor shall collect the proceeds of aIl insurance
polieies on my life which at the time of my death are payable
to my estate or to my Executors or Administrators or in wh?.ch ~

t~i~~e is no named livir.g ~aeneficiary. The proceeds of such
policies shall constitute a part of my residuary estate and `
i r,iay be used. by my ~Executor to pay my debts, funera.l expenses,
j costs, charges and expenses of administration, taxes, including

~ estate or inheritance taxes, and any legacies provided for in
this Will or any Codicil hereto. The proceeds of life insurance ~
~ poli.cies not used for such purposes shall be clisposed of as a
part of my residuary estate as hereinafter provided.
- ARTICLE II.
