PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGOR
I, MARGUERITE M. KAYHART, this ~'3 day of ,
1976, do hereby release from all liability and indebtedness, ANNETTE
KLEP'P, from a mortg8ge deed entered into between myself as M~rtgagee
and ALFRED J. KLEPP and ANNETTE l~Pg, his wife, as Mortgagors,
dated• October S, 1971, which is recorded in Official Record Book
196, page 596, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The promissory note which accompanies the mortgage deed which is
recorc:ed in Official Record Book 196, page 597, secures the following

The execution of this reZease to ANNETTE KLEPP, in no way :

affects the obligations of ALFRED J. KLEPP on the above promissory

Upon execution of this release, ANNETTE KLEPP is forever freed
