PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE

RNOW A.LL MEN BY THESE PRES$NTS, Whereas, Ft. Pierce
Construction Corporation by indenture of mortqaqe bearing the '
date of the 27th day of March, 1974,-and recorded in the Office

of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the county of St. •
~ Lucie,_ State of Florida, in_Official Record Book 22'S, Page 2388, _
granted and conveyed unto Realty Holdinq Corporation and assiqr~s,
the premises therain particularly described, to secure the pay-
ment of the sum of Two Hundred Twenty Six Thousand Dollars
_($226,000.00), with interest as therein mentioned• d
~ WHEREAS, the said Ft. Pierce Co stru Corporation
has requested that Realty Holdinq Corporation release the premisea
hereinafter described, beinq part of the said mortqaged premises,
from the Lien in operation of the said mortqage.
~ NOW, TF~REFORE, KNOW YE, That the said Realty Holding
Corporation, as well in consideratian of the premises as the sum of
one dollar and other good and valuable consideration dollars, to it
in hand paid by the said Ft. Pierce Construction Corgoration at
the time of the execution hereof, the receipt of which,is hereby
. acknowledged~ does demise, release, quit claiua,~exonerate and dis-

~ charge from the Lien in operation on the said-mortgaqe unto the said
~ Ft. Pierce Construction Corporation, its heirs and assigns, all t~Zat

piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed
by said mortgage, to wit:

TO AAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with appurtenances, unto
the said Ft. Pierce Construction Corporation and ~ssigns forever, ~
freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mort-
gaqe and every part thereof; Provided, always, nevertheless, that nothing

~ therein contained shall in anywise a.rapair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or incumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part _
of said mortgaqed premises, not hereby_released therefrom, or any
of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
