In the event my Wife, BETTY J. DAVIS, predeceases me, I then
• qive, c~evise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder. of my ~
estate as follows: ~ ~
a. Two-Thirds (2/3) of my estate to TQM G. JOHr1SON _
b. Qne-Thirc3 (1/3) of my estate to HAROI..D L. DAVIS. -

DAVIS, Executrix of this, my La.st Will and Testament, . and direct that
. she- sha11 serve without giving bond; hereby -qivinq and grantinq unto my ~
said Executrix full power and authority to sell and dispose of any property
of which I may die p~ssessed, whether the sa.me be real, per.sonal or
mixed and wheresoever the same may be situate, and upon such price,
terms and conditions as she in her sole and unrestricted discretion may
see 8t, and without order of Court. .
