NeW Jerseq, leaving a Last Will and~Testament dated January 3, 1969
duly executed bq the Testator in the presence of two (2) subscribing
, Witnesses, DORIS B. BRADSHAW a~d BLOISE BRIGAT, when he was over -
the age of eighteen.(18) years. ~
~ 3. The decedent at the time of his death was domiciled
in Cape ?tay County, Ne~,r Jerseq and owned.propexty in the State of
Florida consisting of real property situated in St. Lucie County,
Florida having a value of less than Sixtq Thousand ($60,000.) Dollars.

4. The Will of the decedent vas duly admitted t~o probate
i and record in the County Surrogate's Court in Cape May Countq, .
