it is therefore '

ORDERED: -
~ l. The Husband, William B. Young, is determined to be _
in wilful contempt af this Court for failing to permit the Wife, -
Wanitah G. Young, to have peaceful occupancy or access to the
; marital home located at 4708'~Elm Avenue, Ft. Pierce, Florida.•

E 2. The Husband, William B. Young, is hereby sentenced
~
~
= to serve ten days in the ~t. Lucie County Jail, Ft. Pierce, ~
~ -
Florida; that said sentence is hereby suspended upon the con-
. dition that the Husband, William B. Young, within ten days from
the date of this Order, shall return to the Wife, Wanitah G. Young,
~ ~ her set of keys to the marital home or furnish her with a duplicate
~ set of keys to said marital home. Upon failure of the Husband, -
~ f ke s t th marital home to

~ the Wife, Wanitah G. Young, within ten days from the date of this -
~ Order, the Wife or her attorney may file with this Court an -

affidavit to that effect and a C~mmitment Order will be issued
