This cause cominq on_.to be heard on Februar~ 27, 197~ upon
the sworn Motion for Restraininq Order of the i+life, Cynthia Lou
- -Schaub, without notice to the Husband, Charles Leonard Schaub, -
and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is there- .
fore - .
ORDERED as follows: - _ . ~
1. The Husband, CHARLES LEONARD SCHAUB, be and he is
hereby enjoined and restrained from interferinq with, molesting
~ or usinq physical violence on the Wife, CYNTHIA LOU SCHAUB, and
the minor child, JENNIFER RENEE SCHAUB, at any time or p'lace.
2. The Husband, CHARLES LEONARD SCHAUB, is hereby ordered
; and directed to forthwith vacate the residence of the Wife (now
i -
~ located at apartment 7, 822 N. W. 39th Avenue, Gainesville, Florida)
and to make no attempt to enter any residence of the Wife pending
~ a h~~3.jig in this cause.
3. All and singular the sheriffs of the state of Florida
are directed to render such assistance to the_Wife as may be
~ necessary to insure the Husband's compliance with this Order
~ without further order of this Court. -
