FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of TEN AND NO/100
~ DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable considerations, receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned, JOSEPH G.
GERLAK, hereby releases to G. G. S. CORPORATION, a Florida
corporation, of any and all obligations or liabilities that
may have accrued to the undersigned by virtue of that certain
agreement dated the llth day of June, 1975, anu recorded in

records.
