TEMPORARY RELIEF AND CUSTODY
THIS CA[:SE coming on to be heard pursuant to the Notice of
Ter~porary Relief, on the 12th day of March, A. D., 1976, with both parties
being represented by counsel, and the Court having hear testimony and being
otherwise fully advised, it is '
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Wife, BRENDA CANTALINE, be and she
is hereby granted temporary custody of the minor child, KEITH ERIC CANTALINE,
age three {3) years.
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband, WILLIAM A. CANTALINE, is
granted reasanable visitation with the said minor child.
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband, WILLIAM A. CANTALINE,
shall beginning, Friday, March 12, 1976, and each and every Friday, while
this Temporary Order is in effect, pay to the Clerk of the Circuit Court
the sum of $35.00 to be paid to the Wife, for the support and maintenance
f of the said minor child. This paymen~t shall be made to the Clerk of the

; Circuit Caurt and in addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00
as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All
payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's .check. Both of
the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of thezr.
