This cause having come on for a hearing before the
Court on motions to tax costs and assess fees filed by
certain of the defendants herein and the Court having con-
sidered evidence produced by the parties and argument of
counsel and the Court being fully advised in the premises,
as to Parcel 105 owned by GORHAM CONSTRUCTION COMPANY; it
is thereupon -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that costs_and fees are hereby
assessed against the Plaintiff, DIV~SION OF ADMINISTRATION,
STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, in the.following
