The Defendants, CLEMENCE E. BAUNIItER, LAWRENCE H.
BAUMKER and ROSE E. BAUMKER, by and through their undersigned
attorneys, hereby move the Court, pursuant to the provisions of
F. S. §74.071 for an Order directing that the sum of money
set forth in the Declaration of Taking filed herein for Parcel
No. 150 i~ the amount of $22,750.00 be forthwith paid to these
defendants from the money deposited in ttt~ -Registry of the Court
i by the Plaintiff, Department of Transportation.
