This cause having come on for hearing before me on ~
the Motion to Disburse the deposit filed by the Defendants,
CHESTER B. GRIFFIN and RICHARD V. NEILL, the owners of ~
Parcel 118, and it appearing that all other interests
in said parcel have been released, and that the real property
taxes on the parcel have been paid in full and the Court
~ having considered argument of counsel, it is therefore,
i ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk disburse from
~ the funds deposited by the Plaintiff with respect to Parcel
~ 118, the sum of Eighty-Nine Thousand Two Hundred Fifty and _
~ no/100 ($89,250.00) to the defendants CHESTER 8. GRIFFIN
~
~ and RICHARD V. NEILL.
