This action was tried before the Court. On evidence presented,
IT IS ADJUDGED THAT:
1. Plaintiff, GINEVRA SIMS PAULEY is due $2690.00 as principal,
$59.50 as suit costs, and $ y~ as attorney's fees, under
ths note and mortgage sued on in this action making a total sum
