I, GERTRUDE E. ROEHM, a citizen and resident of St.
Lucie County, Florida, being of sourid and disposing mind and ~
memory, do hereby revoite and annul any and all Wills and Codicils
thereto by me at any time heretofore made, and do hereby make,
publish and declare this instrument to be my Last Will and Testa-
ment.
I.
I will and direct that all of my just debts, funeral expenses
and expenses of my last illness be paid as soon as practicable after
my death.
