unto my executor or any substitute or successor personal repres~nta
tive full right and power to hold, manage, invest, reinvest,
sell, con~~ey, mortgage, pledge and lease all or any portion
of any property, whether real, personal or mixed, tangible
or intangible, wherever situated, of which I may die seized
or possessed, and i further give and grant to my executor ~
or any substitute or successor personal representative the
right to othexwise dispose of the assets o£ my estate at puhlic
or private sale and upon such terms or conditions as he may
see fit, and the further right to make, execute and deliver
any arid all contracts, optier.s, deeds or other instruments
carrying out the authority herein given as he may deem necessary
or proper for the convenient and advantageous management and
settlement of my estate, and he may make distribution either
in cash or in kind, without regard for any law or statute
limiting the powers of executors. .
~ In the event CHARLES W. ROEHM, JR. shou].d predecease me,

i or for any reason fail to qualify as executor, or if having
qualified is unable to continue as such executor, then and in
any of such events, I hereby appoint RUTH LEE as executrix of
~his, my last will and testament, to serve without bond and
with the same powers as above bestowed ugon my executor.
