The foreqoing instrument was signed, sealed, declared
and published by GERTRUDE E. ROEHM as and for her Last Will
and Testament, in the presence of us, the undersigned, who,
at her special instance and request, do attest as witnesses,
after said testatrix has signed her name thereto, and in her
presence and in the presence of each other.

the testatrix and the witnesses =espectively, whose names
are signed to the foregoing instrument, being fi~st duly sworn,
do hereby declare to the undersigned officer that the testatrix
signed the instrument as her last will and that she signed
voluntarily and that each of the witnesses in the presence ~
of each other signed the will as a witness and that to the ~
best of the knowledge of each witness the testatrix was at
that time 18 or more years of age, of sound mind and under
no constraint or undue influence.
