The petitioner, Charles W. Roehm, Jr., alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
residuary beneficiary to the extent of one-third and as the
nominated personal representative under the decedent's last
will and testament. Petitioner's riame and address are
Charles W. Roehm, Jr., 584-A Lake Point Drive, Lakewood,
New Jersey 08701, and the name and address of petitioner's ~
attorney are as set forth at the end of this petition.
2. The decedent, Gertrude E. Roehm, whose last known address
was 112 North 21st Street, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, died
on January 26, 1976 at Fort Pierce Memorial Hospital, and at
the time of her death was domiciled' in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. As a stepson of the decedent, petitioner is precluded
from serving as personal representative of the decedent by reason
of the fact he is a nonresident of t-he State of Florida.
4. So far as is known, the names ot the benef iciaries
of this estate, their addresses, relationships to decedent
and ages are:
