5. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because
the decedent died a citxzen and resident of this county. _

6. All interested persons herein are nonresidents of '
the State of Florida, and Armstrong Braisted, natural son of ~

the decedent, is thus entitled to preference in appointment as ~
personal representative. ~
7. The nature and approximate value of the assets in
this estate are real and personal property of an aggreqate value
in excess of $20,000 but well under $60,000.

8. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil ~

of decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 9. ~
~
9. _ The original of the decedent's last will, dated ~
October 11, 1973, accompanies this petition and is self-proving .

under the laws of the State of Florida. ~
Petitioner requests that the decedent's will be admitted ~
to probate and that in accordance with the elections in writing
made by all interested persons herein Ann A. Davis be appointed :

personal representative with the will annexed of the decedent's ~
Florida estate. . '
