Federal Highway, Lot No. 1, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, is
entitled to preference in appointment as personal representative
because she is the preference of the decedent's daughter and
sole beneficiary of th~ Estate, and is a resident of the State -
of Florida.
6. This Estate consists of no real property; cash in
the approximate amount of $13,000.00; and tangible personal
property of the approximate value of $3,000.00. ~

7. After the exercise of reasonable diligence,
