decedent died domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
5. CHARLES E. BECHT, whose addre~s is P. 0. Box 548,
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, is entitled to preference in appcint-
ment as personal representative because he is a resident of the
State of Florida and ia the nominated personal representative in
the decedent's last Will.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in
this Estate are as follows:
' Real Property - none;
Cash - under $10,000.00;
Personal Property - under $10,000.00.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil
of decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 8. ~
8. The original of the decedent's last Will, dated
September 19, 1975, and attested by MARY L. BECHT and NDITH L.
