whatsoever, unto SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a Florida banking
corporation with trust powers, Fort Pierce, Florida, or its
successor, in trust for the benef it of my husband, FREDRICK ONSLOW
said trust here in created being for the following uses and pur-
poses, to-wit:
1. I direct my said Trustee to pay the net income from said
trust in convenient installments to my husband, FREDRIGK ONSLOW,
for the balance of his life, instructing said Trustee that said
trust shall terminate upon the death of said beneficiary.
2. I further grant my Trustee, in its sole discretion, the
power of invasion of the corpus of the trust in the event said
Trustee deems it expedient for-the health and/or weZfare of said
beneficiary.
3. Upon the death of my husband, FREDRICK ONSLOW, I direct
said Trustee to distribute the corpus and any undistributed income
~ of said trust to CARMEN TODD, Calgary, Alberta, Canada, per

~ stirpes.

~ FIFTH
~ In the event my husband, FREDRICK ONSLOW, shall have pre-
deceased me, or ou r deaths should ~ccut simultaneously or approx-
imately so, or in the same common accident or caZamity, or under
any circumstances causing doubt as to which of us survived the

~ other, then in either event, I direct my Executor hereinafter
~
named to distribute all the rest, residue and remainder of my
~ y~
~ e~'~ate of whatever location or description, both real and personal
a~
and/or mixed, wherever situate, of which I die possessed, or over ~
~
which I have power of disposition; or any interest whatsoever, to
~
