SIXTH

Under the laws o£ the State of Florida, the Trustee named
in this Will, in order Co qualify to act as such Trustee, is requi-
red ta file a Petition in the Circuit Court of the County of its
domicile. I hereby instruct and direct that the trust established
under this Will be effectively activated as soon as possible and
without any undue interruption and sielay. That to that end, I
hereby waive notice of any and all Court proceedings in connection
with the qualification of such Trustee and do further waive Servic
of Process in connection with such proceedings upon the beneficiar
of such trust.
~ SEVENTH
The Trustee heretofore named in this Will shall have the
trust powers permitted under the laws of the State of Florida now
. existing and hereinafter enacted.

f I hereby nominate and appoint CHARLES E. BECHT, ATTORNEY, to

r ~ without bond, and I do further waive any and all notices, filing ~

~ of inventory, appraisal or appointmen t of appraisers, as required ~

~ by Order of Court or law, giving and granting said. Executor the

~ right to sell, with or without the Order of any Court at public

~ or private sale; and, in the event CHARLES E. BECHT, ATTORNEY,

` shall predecease me, or be unwilling or unable to act, then in
