_ THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing upon the verified
Petition for Adoption filed in this cause, and the Court having
heard testimm~y from Petitioners and having received a duly
executed Recoumnendation and Consent from the agency placing the
child for adoption, the Court finds and determines that Petitioners
are fit and proper persons to adopt the minor child, that the best
interests of the child will be pro~ted by the adoption, that the
child is suitable for adoption by Petitioners, that consent of the
natural parents to the adoption has been excused, and that all
persons entitled to receive notice of final hearing on this matter
have been so notified; it is

~ 1. That the minor child sought to be adopted herein is

~ declared to be the legal child of Petitioners herein and is given
