CASE N0. 76-~4-CA IN RE: THE MARRIAGE OF ~ PERSCELL JACKSON, Husband and CLARA BELL JACKSON, Wife FINAL JUDGMENm DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause having come on for trial on the 17th day of March, 1976, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties in subject matter of this suit; that the relationship of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is there upon ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: - 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between Perscell Jackson and Clara Bell Jackson be and the 5ame is hereby dissolved, and the parties in each of them are hereby forever freed from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the paties hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper. - ~ !
