GRANTEE
The Grantee by acceptance of the foregoing Warranty Deed and ex-
ecution of this A~knowledgment and Ratification by Grantee, ack-
nowledges receipt of copies of the Declaration of Condominium ~
descrihed above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits,
and that conveyance by such deed is ~ub~ect thereto. The Grantee -
does further hereby ratify, confirm and approve all of said provi- '
sions (including the WINDMILL VILLAGE BY TE~ SEA RECREATION CENTTR ~
LEASE as filed for record in Official Records Book 189 on pages
1829 through 1886 in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and the acts of the officers and Directors of WINDMILL
VILLAGE BY THE SEA CONDO~[INIUbi NO. 1 ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida
; corporation not for profit, in making and entering into said
' Lease). The Grantee agrees to be baund by all of said provisions;
~ the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all of said provisions
i are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses a
lien upon the land and real property described above, as security ~
' for his obligations, a~ described in said Declaration of Condomin- ~
6 ium and its exhibits; and the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that
~ said Declaration of Condominium, its exhibits and the Sales
; Contract executed by the Grantor and the Grantee contain all of
~ the warranties, representations and inducements concerning the
~ purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property described
= above.
