by the Sea Condaninium :to. 1 as recorded in Official Fecord Book 189 on
pa_qes 1887 thru 20U7 inclusive, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Fla., including the exhibits attached thereto and taxes for the current
year and restrictions, covenants, eas~nents, & reservations of record.
TOGETI~R with all the tenements, hereditameats and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAYE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever. - -
AND the grantor hereby covenants with said grantee that it is law-
fully seized of said land in fee simple; that it has good right and
lawful authority to sell and convey said land; that it hereby full
