This cause having come on for hearing before me on the
Motion to Disburse the deposit filed by the Defendant, KATE
S. BURCH, the owner of Parcel 105, and it appearinq that
there are no other interests adversely affecting the taking
and that the real property taxes on the parcel have beer.
' paid in full and the court having considered argument of
counsel, it is therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the clerk disburse from the
funds deposited by the Plaintiff with respect to Parcel 105
the sum of NINE HUNDRED and 00/100 DOLLARS ($900.00) to ~
KATE S. BURCH.
