COMPANY, against the defendant, PIT'TS GAS COMPANY, INC., be and
it is hereby denied.
4. That the Motion to Quash Proczss by the defendant, GAS
EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLY COMPANY,be and it is hereby granted.
5. That the Motion to Withdraw the Default by the Plaintiffs
agsinst the defendant, BASTIN-BLESSING COMPANY, be and it is hereby
granted. _
6. That the plaintiffs, DAVID BROWN and ESSIE MAE BRaWN, his
wife, shall have fifteen (15) days in which to file their Third
Amended Complaint.
