JOHN WILLIAM HOLLAND
FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION _
THIS CAUSE was heard upon the verified lPetition for
Adoption filed in this cause and the consent of the natural
mother, the adoptee.and the spouse of the adoptee, and it
appearing to the Court that the Petitioner is desirous of adopting
the adoptee sought to be adopted and~that the best interests
of the adoptee will be promoted by the adoption, and that the
consents of the natural mother, the adoptee ar.d the spouse of
the.adoptee have been filed and it appearing from the testimony
that the natural father is deceased and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is
ORDER AND ADJUDGED that the adoptee involved is declared •
to be the legal son of the Petitior.er, JOHN WILLIAM HOLLAND, and

is given the name of KARL DAVTn HOLLAND, by which name he shall

~ hereafter be known, and it is

; FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that KARL DAVID HOLLAND is the

# legal heir of the Petitioner, JOHN WILLIAM HOLLAND, and is entitled
i

~ to all rights and privileges as said legal heir.
