Estate of Wright W. Carlton a/k/a W. W. Carlton, Deceased, ~
hereinafter called the Grantor, to JOANNE CARLTON HARTON,

Pierce, Florida 33450, hereinafter called the Grantee: .
WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby qrants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the
Grantees, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County,

; ' the Grantee, his heirs and assigns, that in all things pre-
~ liminary to and in and about said conveyance, the orders of the
i Cir~uit Court, Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for St.
~ Lucie County, Florida, and the laws of the State of Florida
; have been followed and complied with in all respects.

~ AND the said Executrix in her capacity hereby fully
a warrants the title to said land and will defend the same agains~
the lawful ~claims of all persons c,~homsoever; and that the said
~ land is free of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent
