EXECUTRIX' DEED

herein after called the Grantor, to RUBY CARLTON TEAGUE and

Beach Court, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, hereinafter called
the Grantees: ~
WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable c~nsiderations, receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the
